After months of anticipation, the limited-edition collaboration between Target and Joseph Altuzarra launched Sunday September 14th. In Charlotte , the collection was only available in two stores. What I didn’t know was that Target started their new store hours at 7am instead of their typical 8am. As I approached the parking deck anticipating the lines outside the double wide sliding doors, I noticed people walking out with bags. There is something so hauntingly seductive about the new silhouettes shown for Fall 2013. With a preponderance of leather, moto jackets, vests, studs, spikes and chains you would think more motorcycle gangs,  instead you see the beautifully feminine, fluid movements of the garments surrounding these tough biker looks on the runways of  Fall’s New York’s Fashion Week.
