There is something so hauntingly seductive about the new silhouettes shown for Fall 2013. With a preponderance of leather, moto jackets, vests, studs, spikes and chains you would think more motorcycle gangs,  instead you see the beautifully feminine, fluid movements of the garments surrounding these tough biker looks on the runways of  Fall’s New York’s Fashion Week.
